KLOW blend

GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500 + KPV
What it is

KLOW is a common name for GLOW plus one more peptide, KPV, so it’s four research peptides mixed in one vial: GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV.[1][2]

How they work together

KLOW adds KPV to the three GLOW peptides, and each of the four has been studied for a different job. These roles come from lab and animal studies of each peptide on its own.

GHK-Cu →
  • GHK-Cu increased new wound tissue, including collagen, in a rat wound study[3]
BPC-157 →
  • BPC-157 improved healing of tendons, ligaments, muscle and bone in animal studies[4]
TB-500 →
  • TB-500 is a piece of thymosin beta-4, which helps repair cells move toward damaged tissue[5]
KPV →
  • KPV lowered gut inflammation in two mouse models of colitis[6]

Common vial contents (amounts in the vial, not doses)

The most common KLOW vial holds 80 mg in total, split this way[2]:

These are the most common amounts, but they can vary, so verify with the supplier.

Good to know

Like GLOW, KLOW has no fixed recipe.[1] Read each peptide’s own profile for its evidence and cautions.
