How they work together

GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 have each been studied for a different part of healing. These roles come from lab and animal studies of each peptide on its own.

GHK-Cu →
  • GHK-Cu increased new wound tissue, including collagen, in a rat wound study[2]
BPC-157 →
  • BPC-157 improved healing of tendons, ligaments, muscle and bone in animal studies[3]
  • BPC-157 also appears to boost the growth of new blood vessels and lower some inflammation signals[3]
TB-500 →
  • TB-500 is a piece of thymosin beta-4, which helps repair cells move toward damaged tissue[4]
  • Thymosin beta-4 also lowered inflammation and scarring in lab and animal studies[4]

Common vial contents (amounts in the vial, not doses)

The most common GLOW vial holds 70 mg in total, split this way[5]:

These are the most common amounts, but they can vary, so verify with the supplier.

Good to know

GLOW has no fixed recipe.[1] Read each peptide’s own profile for its evidence and cautions.
